As a Customer Service Representative at Wingbuddy, you’ll be at the heart of the travel experience, supporting customers with their questions and ensuring their journey runs smoothly. You’ll help turn trips into memorable experiences through thoughtful, high-quality support. If you care about people, travel, and doing things properly, this role lets you make a real, visible impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through calls, emails, and messages, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally while delivering top-notch service.

  • Provide clear, accurate information about our products and services, ensuring customers feel confident and supported every step of the way.

  • Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction, build loyalty, and create memorable experiences.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues quickly and clarify details, ensuring seamless communication and solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience  in customer service in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Exceptional bilingual verbal and written communication skills, paired with a customer-first mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, positive attitude.
