Operations Agent

Description:

As a member of the operation team, the operations agent will take care of the post-sales services of the reservation coming from customers, travel agents and other marketing partners. The operation agent could also support the sales team if required.

Main tasks:

  • Reserve land portion with our partner at destination
  • Reserve and manage cruise reservations
  • Reserve flights via our partners, SABRE, SIREV or via consolidators
  • Prepare and send travel documents to customers and travel agents
  • Manage post-sales requests coming by email, phone or in person
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve the processes in place

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer services (essential)
  • At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry (an asset)
  • Experience in a similar position (an asset)
  • Bilingual (excellent English and functional French spoken and written)
  • Essential computer experience on Word and Excel software
  • Experience with travel software as SABRE, SIREV and PC VOYAGE (an asset)

Salary:

  • To be discussed based on experience
  • Higher than the industry standard
