VISA FOR VIETNAM - APPLICATION PROCESS

Enter your travel details :

• Select the country that issued your passport.
• Destination: Select your destination (Vietnam).

Choose the appropriate visa type : The type of visa will depend on the package you booked, and your personal travel plans.

Vietnamese Single Entry e-Visa : Allows you to enter only once. As soon as you exit the country, the visa becomes invalid, and you cannot re‑enter under that visa.

Vietnamese Multiple Entry e-Visa : Allows you to enter and exit Vietnam multiple times during the visa’s validity. You can leave and come back without applying again (while it's still valid).

  • Vietnam & Cambodia

If you are traveling independently before or after your trip with Wingbuddy, ensure you select the type that fits your personal travel plans.

Follow the on-screen instructions : Complete the steps as prompted to proceed with your application.

Arrival and departure details :

• Arrival date : The date you first enter Vietnam
  Point of entry : HAN Noi Bai International (Ha Noi)
  Departure date : The last date when you leave Vietnam
  Point of exit : SGN Tan Son Nhat International (Ho Chi Minh City)

After pasting the address in the "Search Address" section, select the first option from the dropdown list. The remaining fields will auto-complete. 

Enter your personal information : Ensure all details are accurate and complete.

Upload required documents :

• Upload a clear, full-colour photocopy of your passport (ensure it is valid for travel) with all details clearly visible.
• Upload a passport-style headshot photo on white background

Review and payment : Carefully review all entered information, then proceed to payment of the visa fee.

Visa issuance : Once your application is approved, you will receive your electronic visa by email. Verify that all details are accurate.

Additional Information for the Vietnam & Cambodia package:
You will obtain your Cambodian visa directly on arrival. Additionally, within 7 days before your arrival in Cambodia, you will need to complete the electronic entry form (e-Arrival Card). This form is mandatory and is separate from your visa. Once completed, you will receive a QR code, which you must keep accessible to present upon your arrival in Cambodia. Your guide in Vietnam can assist you with completing it if needed.
